A new build development of luxury apartments, together with a medical centre and restaurant

85 – 91 Abbey Road is an example of the site assembly and consultancy work undertaken by Shaw Corporation to assist developer clients in achieving Planning Consent and negotiated Section 106 Agreements on mixed use developments.

Located in Abbey Road, St John's Wood, not far from the EMI Studios where The Beatles famously recorded much of their legendary music, the scheme provides 21 residential apartments above a new medical group practice and adjacent restaurant.

Completed in 2007, all of the residential apartments have been sold and the new group practice medical facility opened to the general public.
