Refurbishment and extension of part of a Grade I Listed Nash terrace in Regents Park as a substantial ambassadorial residence with two adjoining town houses

Shaw Corporation assisted Jema Fund and the Marcus Cooper Group in the planning strategy for a change of use from the existing outdated open plan offices to provide substantial residential accommodation behind the Listed façades.

The proposals include a basement extension to accommodate renewable energy and leisure facilities for the development. The scheme also delivers the full reinstatement of private gardens for Cambridge Terrace with a design complementary to their original form.

Shaw Corporation undertook the Three Dragons and subsequent Toolkit negotiations, with the settlement of a ground breaking arrangement for the offsite affordable housing which will lead to the retention and refurbishment of another substantial Grade II Listed seven bedroom house as social rented accommodation.
