Shaw Corporation assisted the long leasehold owners in the settlement of the Section 106 terms associated with the detailed Planning Consent for the development of the former British Land headquarters to provide one of London's premier residential developments.

Work is nearing completion to craft seven exceptional ambassadorial residencies within the Grade I Listed Nash terrace facades of Cornwall Terrace with the provision of eight additional houses/staff accommodation and garaging to the mews at the rear.

The project is due to be completed this year, when Cornwall Terrace will set the benchmark for Listed and period luxury refurbishments in Central London.

Shaw Corporation also introduced investors to the development consortium and monitors the project on their behalf.

These luxury houses are located outside the Central London Congestion Charging Zone and close to public transport.
