Work has commenced on site to create six exceptional residencies and four apartments within the Grade I Listed Nash terrace facades of Cornwall Terrace with the provision of eight additional mews houses/staff accommodation and garaging to the rear. The project is due to be completed in 2010, when Cornwall Terrace will set the benchmark against which Listed and period luxury refurbishments in Central London will be assessed. Shaw Corporation also introduced investors to the development consortium and monitors the project on their behalf.
