Shaw Corporation assisted the developer, a joint venture of Londonewcastle and Oakmayne, on planning strategy, Section 106 negotiations including commuted affordable housing payments. Shaw Corporation also agreed the arrangements with Network Rail for the site construction above the Marylebone/Chiltern railway line and the removal of telephone satellite masts on the original building.
