Shaw Corporation assisted developers Londonewcastle in the pre-application proposals and strategy for the development of this site as well as negotiations with Network Rail where their lands adjoin the site.

Londonewcastle sold the property to Unite who have secured a detailed Planning Consent for a new student housing scheme providing approximately 230 beds plus 39,000 sq ft (3,623 sq m) of office accommodation.
