This large mixed-use project in the heart of London's Soho creates a unique area of quietude seconds from Piccadilly Circus.  The site introduces restaurants and retail spaces as part of a mixed use new build development to comprise 53 residential apartments and circa 80,000 sq ft (7,431 sq m) of institutional grade office space.

This unique project links Denman Street and Great Windmill Street via a central courtyard providing access to Soho, the cultural mix, convenience and vitality of which creates an area quite unlike any other in the country.

Considered to be one of the largest development sites currently in existence in Soho, Westminster City Council actively encourages the development of this site as a catalyst to completing the south-west quadrant of Soho.  The scheme will be complemented by the Crown Estate's own proposals for the Quadrant which bring significant further improvements to Piccadilly, Sherwood, Brewer and Glasshouse Streets.

Shaw Corporation undertook the complex site assembly through the process of removing the long term blight impeding the development of this site and has strategised and overseen the professional team that has achieved vacant possession of the site, detailed Planning and Conservation Area consents, Section 106 Agreement, onsite affordable housing provision and the implementation of the consent and have achieved a revised planning consent to help maximise the use of the site.
