Shaw Corporation assisted the property owners, Vanderbilt, with the Planning and complicated Section 106 negotiations for the development including negotiation of the offsite affordable housing generated by the development.
Shaw Corporation pre-sold the offsite affordable housing to Community Housing Group (part of One Housing Group) who secured Housing Corporation funding for the affordable scheme. Shaw Corporation also assisted in the settlement of the forward sale documentation to the RSL.
