Shaw Corporation assisted the developer, Union Developments, on Planning strategy, Section 106 negotiations, tendering the affordable housing to RSLs and negotiating the terms for the forward sale of the affordable housing element of the scheme to the selected partnering RSL, Moat Housing Association.
